One of the benefits of starting Elite SportZ Band is the opportunity I have had to meet new people in and out of the gymnastics community. One of the wonderful people I have recently met is the mother of Olympic Gold Medalist, Jordyn Wieber. Rita Wieber has written a book, Gym Mom. This book arrived this morning and I finished by dinner. I LOVE this book. It should be mandatory for all parents of competitive gymnasts. Amazing insights mixed with humor and a big old dose of ,"Who Knew". Read what it is really like to raise a child and navigate the world of gymnastics.
